Role: Oracle Apex Prod SupportExperience: 4+ YearsRole and Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle APEX applications.Monitor and troubleshoot APEX applications, PL/SQL code, and database issues.Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, errors, and user-reported issues in a timely manner. Ensure system uptime and application availability according to defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and create incident reports. Manage application deployments, patches, and version control in production and non-production environments. Work closely with development, QA, DBA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancements. Maintain documentation for support processes, issue resolutions, and configuration.Conduct routine health checks and proactively identify potential issues.Provide on-call support as needed during non-business hours or weekends.
