As a Talent Partner - Executive Search Practice, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the company’s C-level executives. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior business leaders, ensuring the effective delivery of exceptional executive talent aligned with our most critical hiring needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partner closely with senior business leaders to provide strategic, consultative support across all facets of executive-level hiring, driving long-term impact and helping the organisation stay competitive in dynamic markets.Conduct in-depth research and industry mapping to identify and source high-caliber executive talent.Network with prospective talent and qualify them against position requirements and critical competencies. Prepare and present regular updates to internal stakeholders, including search progress reports and market feedback.Offer expert insights on candidate alignment with key selection criteria and the broader talent landscape.Keep the management team current on pertinent trends and challenges in the marketplace.Work with external talent partners and firms as needed.Contribute to the development of best practices in executive search.Role Requirements and Qualifications:We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about executive recruitment.
