Role Overview:As a CRM Specialist, you'll focus on driving customer retention through review calls, strategy meetings, and collaboration with the Ads team. You'll create and execute retention plans, analyze data, and ensure seamless communication to help achieve brand goals and improve results.Responsibilities:Review Calls – Discuss performance with the team and clients, identify issues, and suggest fixes.Retention Strategies – Develop and implement plans to increase customer lifetime value.Work with Ads Team – Align retention efforts with ad strategies for better results. Participate in internal strategy meetings to ensure alignment on customer communication and retention goals.Analyze Data and Create Reports & Loom Videos – Provide updates on performance, highlight issues, and suggest improvements.
