We are committed to offering personalized financial advice and comprehensive services to our clients, ensuring their long-term success and financial well-being.Role DescriptionBrief overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planner/Relationship Manager located in Faridabad. The role involves providing personalized financial planning services, managing client relationships, and assisting with retirement planning and financial advice on a day-to-day basis.Required Candidate Profile:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Candidate should have a network of existing clients and corporates with a strong relationship.Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its growth and profitability drivers.Understand the client's risk appetite and financial goals, and devise a suitable asset allocation strategy based on the financial planning framework. Track and analyse the capital markets, macroeconomic indicators, and government and central bank policy actions that influence various investment asset classes.Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.Willingness to dwell in Start-up Culture. Knowledge of Technical analysis/Fundamental analysis and ability to write research report would also be added advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and relationship goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.Role & Responsibilities:As a Financial Planner/Relationship Manager, you will:The candidate will be responsible to generate a lead and take it to closure. Develop relationships with new clients and conduct meetings to manage their investment portfolios.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with personalized financial planning advice.Responsible for handling all financial products like Equity, Mutual Funds, HI, LI, Bonds, NPS ,PMS, Commodity, Currency etc..Existing Client Relationship Management - Managing the existing clients which includes any service-related, operational or sales-driven requests. - Driving New Business from our existing clients for various financial servicesFinancial technical analysis of various financial options available like, Mutual Funds, Loans, Insurance, etc.Meeting the clients and doing the initial screening - Sales Conversion - Managing various MIS - Onboarding prospects from the candidate's existing network - Utilizing Corporate networks to hold Financial Awareness Programs - Presenting achievement through performance reviews New Client Acquisition - Responsible for generating leads and conversion through either or all of the following channelsCold CallsConducting Financial Awareness ProgramsReferential CallingHandling of inbounds leadsCFA, CFP, or other financial certifications are a plus.Annual CTC: As per industry normsLocation: Faridabad.Experience: 2-5 Years of ExperienceEducation: UG: Any Graduate PG: PG Diploma - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Pursuing CFP/CWM CertificationRole - Client Acquisition/Retention Industry Type - Financial Services Functional Area - Sales & Business Development  Contact No- 9220527711Email id - hr@
