Established in 2012, the University continues to redefine excellence through its commitment to transdisciplinary education, research, and innovation.Position Summary:The Head – Transdisciplinary Projects will spearhead the implementation and integration of transdisciplinary project-based learning across all undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University. This role is pivotal in fostering innovation, research, and entrepreneurial outcomes by bridging academic disciplines and aligning with national education frameworks and global best practices.Key Responsibilities:Project Implementation & Oversight:Lead the rollout and execution of transdisciplinary projects across all UG and PG programs.Ensure alignment of projects with curriculum objectives and institutional goals.Performance Metrics & Outcomes:Drive measurable outcomes in terms of:Number of research publications derived from transdisciplinary projects.Number of patents and copyrights filed.Number of student-led startups incubated through these projects.Capacity Development & Training:Organize capacity-building programs and orientation workshops for faculty on transdisciplinary project methodology and assessment.Conduct hands-on training workshops for students to enhance project planning, innovation, and execution capabilities.Monitoring & Evaluation:Establish a review and monitoring framework for evaluating project progress across departments.Implement digital dashboards and analytics for real-time project tracking and performance mapping.Innovation & Digital Enablement:Lead digital initiatives for monitoring project implementation, including integration of Bloom’s Taxonomy rubrics.Ensure process automation and data-driven decision-making through appropriate educational technologies.Collaboration & Reporting:Coordinate with academic heads, innovation cells, incubation centers, and external partners for interdisciplinary synergies.Provide periodic reports and insights to university leadership and governing bodies.Qualifications & Experience:Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent) from a recognized University.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in academic innovation, interdisciplinary programs, or institutional R&D initiatives.Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale academic projects or research ecosystems.Familiarity with transdisciplinary methodologies, experiential learning models, and innovation ecosystems.Proficiency in digital tools for project monitoring, academic management, and data analytics.Desirable Attributes:Doctorate in Education, Innovation Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related interdisciplinary field.Strong track record of research publications, patents, or startup mentorship.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.High ethical standards, collaborative mindset, and commitment to academic excellence.Application Process:Interested candidates may apply with a detailed CV, cover letter, and references to the Human Resources Department at careers@.
