The specialist should hold a Postgraduate Degree in Finance Management, Administration, Economics, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in project development, implementation, and M&E is required, including at least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation. Must have developed or implemented at least one project monitoring information system. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in externally funded projects.Responsible for the design and operation of project management information system, conducting baseline, midterm, and completion surveys; preparing periodic project monitoring reports; and analyzing project performance status.
