If you are ready to make a lasting impact through the art of video, this is your chance to shine.What You'll Do:Oversee the editing of high-quality video projects, including advertisements, social media content, and event highlights, ensuring they resonate with our campaign narratives.Develop innovative video concepts that engage audiences and convey the campaign’s central messages, while maintaining a consistent narrative style across all content to ensure coherent and compelling storytelling throughout the campaign.Mentor and guide junior editors, fostering their growth while ensuring the quality of output consistently aligns with our campaigns standards and storytelling objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate and align with our campaigns evolving stories.Work closely with directors, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure that every piece of video content aligns with the campaign’s story and strategic goals.What You’ll Bring:2+ years of experience in video editing (experience in campaigns or organizations is a plus).A degree or certification in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop).Your projects should have the potential to go viral, leaving a lasting impact with every piece of work you create.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
