Position: Associate Mentor- Content Writing and Publishing team (This is a full-time position, work from home)Type: Full-Time | Remote Location: Work from HomeExperience: Minimum 1-2 years in content writing/mentoringIndustry: Legal Education / Online Training JobDescription:About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Writing Assignment Mentor who can guide learners in writing high-quality legal and non-legal content. This role is ideal for someone with a legal background who also enjoys mentoring, has a deep love for research and writing, and takes pride in developing others' writing skills.Key Responsibilities:● Mentoring & Training:○ Conduct 3-5 one-on-one training sessions (30 mins each) daily to help learners improve their writing skills.○ Host a minimum of 2 monthly group sessions (200-300 learners or more) focusing on content writing, research, SEO, and error-free writing.○ Guide students in writing assignments, ensuring their work is original, non-AI, and plagiarism-free.● Content Creation & Quality Review:○ Create well-researched, long-form, SEO-friendly content across legal, business, industry, and career-related topics.○ Fact-check and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.○ Regularly review and reduce AI-generated content; ensure human creativity and originality in all writing outputs.● Tools & Collaboration:○ Collaborate with the team using Google Docs, Sheets, and other content management tools.○ Respond to all student emails with 2 writing assignment accounts to handle. ○ Track learner progress, maintain session records, and update feedback consistently.Who We’re Looking For:● Legal background preferred (LLB or higher).● Minimum 1-2 years of content writing experience with a proven portfolio of legal and non-legal publications.● Previous experience in a similar mentoring/writing trainer role is highly desirable.● Strong understanding of SEO principles.● Excellent command over written English with the ability to write deep-dive, analytical content.● Familiarity with tools to detect and reduce AI-generated content and plagiarism.● Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and basic Excel skills.● A love for reading, learning, and teaching — especially passionate about helping others become better writers.● Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily deliverables and weekly targets consistently.● Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet for live sessions.Other Requirements:● Must have your own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.● Should be open to flexible working hours based on session requirements.● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while mentoring multiple learners.Know this before you apply: -This is a remote opportunity, but it is regular full-time work, with login hours from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm- The company uses tracking tools, and you must be willing to work with them.- You cannot be employed elsewhere if selected and working with us, not even freelancing.- Be someone who is open to challenges and changes in the process as and when required.- Find working for extra incentives exciting, and be someone who challenges targets and strives for more.Good Luck!
