Role Overview:As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale, complex technical projects from inception to completion. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and tracking key technical milestones, resolving issues, and guiding projects through the entire lifecycle. Your expertise in managing complex technical projects and your ability to lead teams through ambiguity will be critical to the success of this role. This role will require a self starter who can work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish.Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Strategy:Lead large, cross-functional technical programs, aligning project goals with business priorities and ensuring seamless execution.Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with engineering, product, and business teams.Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and leadership teams, providing insights on progress, risks, and key decisions.2.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity on goals, priorities, and progress.Help create and maintain collaborative working environments that encourage team innovation and problem-solving3.Stakeholder Management:Engage with senior leadership to report on program status, key milestones, risks, and other critical updates.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for project status and escalations.Develop and present business cases, including resource needs, for new initiatives or adjustments to ongoing programs.4.Technical Expertise & Leadership:Provide technical leadership to teams through deep understanding of the program's technology stack.Guide teams through complex technical challenges and ensure high-quality technical execution.Contribute to product and technical roadmap discussions, ensuring alignment between business needs and engineering deliverables.
