As we continue to evolve, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a visionary approach, who can lead the creative direction and contribute to the company's growth.Our creative team thrives on collaboration, imagination, and strategic thinking, and we are looking for someone to elevate our design standards across multiple channels.We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer to join our Mainline Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for not only executing visually compelling designs but also leading the design process, conceptualizing and implementing innovative design solutions that align with both client briefs and brand objectives. As a senior member, you will also mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all mediums.Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals and client needs.Inspire and guide a team of designers to achieve exceptional design work.Collaborate with account managers, creative directors, and clients to translate business goals into visually impactful designs.Provide creative direction and suggestions to shape the final product.Lead the creation of designs for our mainline team, including print ads, outdoor media, emailers, brochures, newsletters, etc. Adapt designs to suit various formats while maintaining brand integrity.Research and leverage emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to provide fresh and relevant design solutions.Ensure high standards of design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all projects.Maintain craftsmanship from concept to final output.Apart from the compensation, you will be a part of a crazy culture and people to work with who don’t believe in working in a monotonous & boring environment and believe in having fun along with work, an environment where hierarchies exist mostly on paper and you can reach out to anyone at any point for any sort of help [though don’t forget to treat the person with a chocolate later on ;) ], and yes, we take office parties very seriously where you don’t have an option to skip it for any reason whatsoever :P
