Job Role: Techno Functional ConsultantExperience: 3-5 yearsMode: RemoteResponsibilities:Migration and Integration: Lead the migration of Salesforce CRM systems to Dynamics 365 Customer Service, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Solution Design: Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs, including customization and optimization of workflows.Implementation: Execute the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including setup, configuration, and deployment.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality and performance of the implemented solutions.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including customization, configuration, and integration.Certifications: Relevant certifications in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 are preferred.Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with data migration tools and techniques.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.Familiarity with other Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Service
