You will work closely with the content, social media, and web development teams to ensure that all SEO tactics align with clients’ goals and deliver measurable results. Your primary objective will be to enhance clients' website rankings, organic traffic, and overall online presence through effective on-page and off-page optimization strategies.Key Responsibilities:Client SEO Strategy Development:Develop and implement customized SEO strategies based on each client’s unique goals, industry, and target audience.Conduct in-depth SEO audits and competitor analysis for each client to identify opportunities and weaknesses.Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align SEO efforts to meet those goals.On-Page SEO:Perform keyword research to guide content creation and on-page SEO strategies for multiple clients.Optimize client websites, landing pages, and blog content for better search engine visibility (meta tags, alt text, headings, URL structure, etc.).Address and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl errors.Off-Page SEO:Build and execute link-building strategies for clients to enhance domain authority and improve search engine rankings.Conduct outreach for guest posts, backlinks, and brand mentions across relevant platforms for clients in different industries.Keep track of backlinks and domain authority for each client’s website, adjusting strategies accordingly.SEO Reporting and Analytics:Track, monitor, and report on the SEO performance of clients using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.Provide monthly performance reports and insights to clients, showcasing improvements in rankings, traffic, and conversions.Analyze client data to refine and optimize strategies for better results.Local SEO:Implement local SEO strategies for clients with a focus on enhancing visibility in local search results, including Google My Business optimization and local directory submissions.Conduct location-specific keyword research for local SEO targeting and improve online presence in relevant geographic areas.Continuous Learning and Industry Updates:Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.Share industry insights with the team and implement the latest SEO techniques for client campaigns.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure that SEO strategies are seamlessly integrated into all marketing initiatives for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, understand feedback, and refine strategies as needed.Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful client SEO strategies.Solid understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of on-page SEO techniques (keyword research, content optimization, HTML tags, etc.).Experience in building and executing off-page SEO strategies (link-building, outreach, etc.).Familiarity with technical SEO concepts and best practices.Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights that lead to performance improvements.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Desired Skills:Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify.Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.Experience in local SEO and geo-targeting strategies.What We Offer:Competitive salary according to MarketOpportunities for career growth and development.A collaborative and creative work environment.Apply on: hello@
