Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Rebate Profile Specialist to manage the rebate and incentive programs for our OEM partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate registration of deals, calculating incentives according to partner policies, and tracking payments and invoicing. Effective communication with OEM partners and managing the related MIS is also a key part of the role.Key Responsibilities:Rebate Working: Administer and manage rebate programs in compliance with OEM policies, ensuring all rebates are processed efficiently and accurately.OEM Incentive Policy Review: Continuously review and stay up to date with the incentives policies of each OEM partner to ensure all rebates are in line with their latest guidelines.Deal Registration: Ensure that all deals are properly registered on the partner’s portal and in compliance with their terms and conditions.Incentive Calculation: Calculate incentives based on deal registration data, ensuring that the rebate amounts align with the OEM’s incentive policies and are processed timely.Tracking of Payments and MIS: Track all rebate payments received, maintain accurate records, and manage the creation of regular MIS reports to monitor rebate payments and statuses.Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing for all rebates, including proper documentation and submission according to the agreed terms.Communication with OEMs: Maintain effective communication with OEM partners to clarify rebate-related issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that all rebates are processed smoothly.Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and reconciliation of rebate transactions.Audit and Compliance: Assist in audits of rebate transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in rebate or incentive management, preferably within the automotive or technology sector.Experience working with OEM partners and understanding their rebate and incentive structures.Skills: Strong knowledge of rebate calculation and incentive policies.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools (e.g., ERP systems).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and OEM partners.Additional Skills (Optional):Familiarity with partner portal systems and rebate management software.Knowledge of industry-specific rebate practices and compliance standards.
