We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to own and drive the vision and execution of these core components, ensuring that our platform continues to deliver transformative solutions to our users.Role OverviewReporting to the co-founder, Director of Product Engineering, as the Product Manager for our Healthcare AI Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for our EHR integrations, middle-layer architecture, and public knowledgebase. Your insights will drive the development of innovative solutions that empower healthcare providers, data scientists, and model developers. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, Agentic AI/ML, sales and marketing teams to deliver a product that meets market needs and exceeds customer expectations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that covers EHR integration, agentic AI orchestration, and public healthcare datasets and models (LLMs or open source models). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, Agentic AI/ML, design, and operations) to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with market trends, user needs, and regulatory requirements. Conduct market research and engage with stakeholders to gather insights, identify opportunities, and prioritize features that will differentiate our platform in the healthcare AI space. Work closely with engineering teams to define MVPs, set clear milestones, and manage the product backlog with a user-centric focus. Ensure seamless integration between EHR systems and the platform to enable data interoperability, security, and compliance within healthcare settings. Curate and enhance our public knowledgebase by overseeing the integration of essential healthcare datasets and refining our healthcare models for optimal performance and accuracy. Monitor product performance using key metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and iterative enhancements. Serve as a product evangelist, representing the platform at industry events, customer meetings, and internal strategic forums.Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Proven experience managing products related to Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems or medical data integration. Deep technical understanding of agentic frameworks (ex: langfuse, langsmith, langchain) and data interoperability, including managing public datasets, and health AI models. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable product improvements. Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical, commercial, and clinical stakeholders. Experience working in a startup environment with a fast-paced, agile development process. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards and best practices (e.g., HIPAA compliance) is a plus.What We OfferAn opportunity to shape the future of healthcare AI through a transformative no-code multi-agent platform. A dynamic, collaborative startup environment where your ideas drive impact. Competitive salary, equity options, and comprehensive benefits. Professional growth opportunities in a high-growth, fast-paced industry.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform healthcare and have the drive to lead innovative product strategies, we’d love to hear from you.
