Office Location: AhmedabadPosition description: Responsible for Reviewing monthly closing of accounts, team handling activities, resource planning, handling respective client portfoliosPrimary Responsibilities:Review and preparation of financial statementsDouble checking of bookkeeping and accounting workClient/US office CommunicationMIS Reporting including BudgetsCPA work papersAssist in Income Tax Preparation and FilingAssist in 1099s/W-2s Preparation and FilingIntacct Time EntryMonitoring systems and processes for improvementEmployee RelationshipEmployee Performance ManagementEnsuring all internal processes and systems such as Document Checklist, Activity List, SOP, and Financial Work papers etc. are followed all times.Help management in improving efficiency and profitability of clientsHelp management in collecting key data such as Work Planner, Financial Statements Submission Checklist etc. in timely mannerClient Billing, especially hourly clientsProtect confidential details of clients, and follow guide lines of ISO/IEC:27001Required work experienceIndustry: KPO, AccountingRole: AccountingYears of experience: 10 to 13Required Competencies:Excellent Communication, Leadership & People Management, Project Management, Customer relationship management.
