The Bench Sales Recruiter Lead will identify potential clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate contracts and rates for contract placements. The Bench Sales recruiter will also be responsible for providing regular status updates to senior management regarding the bench status and revenue generation.QualificationsSales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and client acquisitionExperience in IT staffing and recruiting, with a proven track record of building a successful bench of IT professionalsExcellent communication and team management skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperience in managing remote teamsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldExperience working with Public Sector agencies and Commercial clients is a plusKnowledge of Full Stack Cloud Native Solutions, Azure Data factory and Databricks, Business Process Management, Service Now, and IT Security solutions is a plus
