PR/AR PROJECT MANAGERROLE DESCRIPTIONThe PR/AR Project Manager will provide critical project management and logistical support for Bristlecone’s Public Relations (PR) and Analyst Relations (AR) programs, ensuring the smooth execution of key initiatives and deliverables. As part of the marketing team, this role will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to track deadlines, coordinate activities, maintain records and reports, and assist PR and AR managers with media and analyst engagements, executive visibility efforts, and thought leadership initiatives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities:Support PR and AR managers in executing key initiatives by helping track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Help maintain and update PR and AR calendars to ensure key deadlines for media opportunities, analyst submissions, editorial calendars, speaking engagements, and award nominations are met.Assist in the timely preparation and distribution of PR and AR materials, including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, briefing decks, and analyst report submissions.Provide project management support for speaking engagements, award submissions, and analyst evaluations by tracking deadlines, gathering materials, and assisting with submission processes.Assist in preparing and organizing materials for spokesperson training sessions, including FAQs, talking points, and presentation materials.Support crisis communications efforts by assisting with real-time media monitoring, message tracking, and coordination of responses.Compile and organize competitive intelligence on industry media trends, analyst research, and competitor positioning to support PR and AR strategy discussions.Monitor and track media coverage and analyst reports; gather key metrics and maintain a dashboard of mentions, coverage, and competitive insights.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience supporting public relations and/or analyst relations programs in a B2B environment, preferably IT services or consulting.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience tracking multiple deadlines and deliverables.Strong project management skills, with the ability to assist in coordinating activities and maintaining accurate records.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in messaging and materials.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.SOFT SKILLSExceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for media interactions.Strong relationship-building skills to engage with journalists, editors, executives, and internal stakeholders.Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage multiple PR initiatives and media opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess media trends, sentiment, and coverage impact.Demonstrates Mahindra RISE pillars: Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change, and Alternative Thinking.
