Role: Client Solutions Partner - SecOpsExperience: 8 to 14 yearsLocation: Mumbai/Bangalore (Hybrid)As a Client Solutions Partner, you will be responsible for creating and executing the vision for SecOps, managing the practice portfolio, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project delivery.Role & ResponsibilitiesDrive Revenue Growth:Lead efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets for the SecOps practice.Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand service offerings, increase customer engagement, and maximize profitability.Relationship Management:Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both Googlers and customers, ensuring the practice is seen as a trusted partner.Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives and create customer-specific strategies.Practice Portfolio Development & Presentation:Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of SecOps offerings that align with market needs and customer demands.Present and communicate the practice’s portfolio to internal stakeholders, customers, and GooglersInnovation & New Offerings:Conduct research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the SecOps space.Develop new offerings and Points of View (POVs) that scale the practice and enhance competitive positioning.Project Delivery & SkillSet Development:Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handovers, guaranteeing that all relevant information and resources are in place for successful execution.Oversee the development of team skillsets through training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to support practice growth.Solution Documentation & Deal Support:Lead the creation of solution documents, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for new deals.Ensure that proposals and solutions are aligned with customer needs and practice capabilities.Required SkillsProven experience in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or security operations space.Strong track record in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering results.Deep understanding of SecOps best practices, frameworks, and industry standards.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business solutions and communications.Experience in solution design, creating SOWs, proposals, and presentations.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and align them with service offerings.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.Strong team player.Degree in Business (MBA), Computer Science Engineering.Good communication , abstraction , analytical and presentation skills.Experience of B2B sales , customer communication and relationship managementExperience and knowledge of critical phases of the sales process which includes requirement gathering, sales planning, solution scoping, proposal writing and presentation.Data driven mindset.
