Our mission is to enable seamless, human-like interactions across all healthcare touchpoints—driving efficiency, accessibility, and satisfaction.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare AI Solutions Sales Specialist to lead sales and client engagement for Kore.ai's HealthAssist platform. In this role, you’ll work with hospitals, clinics, health systems, and insurance providers to identify their operational and engagement challenges and offer intelligent AI-driven solutions to enhance care access, reduce costs, and improve patient and employee journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Kore.ai’s HealthAssist platform to healthcare providers and payers.Engage with healthcare executives—CIOs, CMIOs, COOs, Heads of Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Digital Transformation.Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points across areas such as:Appointment schedulingPatient access and navigationContact center deflectionClaims and benefits inquiriesMedication managementMember onboarding and chronic condition supportPresent how Kore.ai’s HealthAssist platform can be deployed via Web, Mobile, IVR, and Messaging Channels.Deliver product demonstrations, build business cases, and lead ROI discussions.Collaborate with solution engineers and delivery teams to customize proposals.Respond to RFPs/RFIs, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Maintain CRM records, forecast accurately, and meet/exceed revenue targets.Stay current on healthcare automation trends and AI capabilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.3–7 years of sales experience in Healthcare IT, AI Platforms, or SaaS solutions.Demonstrated success in selling to provider and payer organizations.Understanding of healthcare operations, patient/member journeys, and digital transformation goals.Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.Preferred ExperienceDirect experience selling Conversational AI, Virtual Assistants, or Patient Experience platforms.Experience with Kore.ai or competing platforms (e.g., Nuance, Orbita, Hyro, etc.).Relationships within health systems, hospitals, or payer organizations.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionsRemote flexibility and work-life balanceAccess to advanced AI platforms and top-tier sales enablementHealth, dental, vision, and wellness benefitsGrowth path into AI and Digital Transformation leadership roles
