Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist – Staffing IndustryLocation: Pune / Remote, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the staffing industry. This role involves identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with clients who require staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of staffing and recruitment services, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in various industries with staffing needs (IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, etc.).Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person/virtual meetings to generate leads and set appointments.Develop and present customized staffing solutions to potential clients based on their workforce requirements.Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand talent pipelines and ensure delivery capability.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions, pipeline progress, and activity reports.Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market presence.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the staffing or recruitment industry.Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) and sales automation tools.Understanding of employment laws, staffing models, and recruitment trends is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience working with MSPs/VMS platforms.Knowledge of different staffing models (contract, temp-to-perm, direct hire).Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
