Our HRBP Shared Services Program offers comprehensive recruitment solutions, including walk-in drives, permanent hiring, and contract staffing, all designed to meet the unique needs of our clients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our walk-in recruitment services. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of walk-in recruitment campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience.Walk-in Recruitment Campaigns:Plan, organize, and execute walk-in recruitment drives for clients, ensuring alignment with their hiring requirements.Coordinate with applicants and clients to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.Provide clients with detailed applicant information in Excel format for easy review.Service Coordination & Upselling:Offer additional HR services, such as HR support for selected roles, at an additional cost of ₹1,000 per role.Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of candidates when HR support is requested.Market Research & Strategy Development:Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.Reporting & Performance Analysis:Monitor and report on the performance of recruitment campaigns.Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives to fruition.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.Exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.
