The R&D Chemist will be responsible to formulate and optimize product recipes to improve performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory standards. Design and conduct experiments to assess product properties, performance, and stability. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental data and findings. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) experience, Min 3-5 years.Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Quality ControlExperience with developing and testing.Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related fieldExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience in the industry related to industrial lubricants, Aerosols, Greases, Rust Preventives, Epoxy Floorings, PU coatings, cleaners, and anti-seize compounds and sealants.If you are interested, kindly mail your CV at info@
