You’ll be responsible for building engaging content, supporting employee programs, and making sure important messages are delivered clearly and effectively across the organization. From newsletters to HR decks to podcasts, you’ll play a key role in creating a connected and informed workplace.Key Responsibilities:1.Writing & Messaging•Draft HR letters and internal messages.•Write and manage content for monthly and quarterly newsletters.•Create templates for announcements and updates to ensure consistent communication.•Support written content for HR tools like internal bots and guides.•Prepare user-friendly guides and communication decks for employees.2.Employee Engagement•Organize and support learning sessions like Tech Talks (Brown Bag sessions).•Promote our Employee Value Proposition to showcase what makes us a great place to work.•Share regular updates and reflections from senior leaders through email and other channels.•Develop engaging content for Manager Bytes—infographic-style updates for people managers.•Help brand and promote internal recognition programs (R&R).3.Online Presence & Branding•Set up and manage our presence on Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and LinkedIn with fresh, engaging content.•Maintain a consistent voice and positive company image across all platforms.Visual Content & Posters•Design easy-to-understand poster content for policy updates (Policy Guru).•Create templates and materials for HR presentations and onboarding kits.•Support content needs for internal campaigns like our Ideathon.Internal Platforms & Tools•Set up and manage content on our intranet or employee portal.•Build and update a Manager Corner page with helpful tools and resources.•Create clear flowcharts and process breakdowns for manager activities.4.Podcasts & Storytelling•Support internal podcast planning, scripting, and promotion to share stories and updates.What You'll Bring:•Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.•3-5 years of experience in internal communication or similar roles.•Comfort working with design tools (like Canva or PowerPoint).•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.•Knowledge in employee engagement HR, or a related area.•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.•Strong understanding of employee engagement practices and trends.•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.•A creative mindset and a genuine interest in connecting people.Benefits and Perks:Flexible Holiday Policy (choose your own holidays)Life & Medical InsuranceFocus on Skill Development, Re-imbursement for CertificationsWifi-Mobile bill reimbursementEmployee well-being activitiesTo Apply, kindly share the resume with anuradha.dhal@ with a subject line "Internal Communication Specialist".Consent - We will be using your resume for job applications open with us for a full-time appointment and will save them for future reference.
