Job Description and Responsibilities TITLE: Data Quality SpecialistBUSINESS: CIRCOR Industrial, Pumps EMEALOCATION: Thane, IndiaDIRECT REPORTING: Team Leader – Aftermarket Support Position Details:Position Summary:This role will be responsible for data quality maintenance and improvements of our installed base and entitlement calculation tool. Will play a vital role in the development of our sales support tool and sales growth initiatives.Background: Our installed base has been gathered in one place (Front End tool). As our products are sold through many different channels (OEM, Channel Partners, Shipyards etc), where the end users are not known, final installation address must be collected from all channels, maintained and updated. This will contribute to the overall success of our organization potential in Sales. Principal ActivitiesBe the stake holder for gathering end user informationAnalize quality of various sources, organize and execute the data quality plans to reach the goalsMonitor processes and take corrective actions if neededContribute to further development of the sales support toolCross functional communication and contacts with our internal companies and external Channel Partners & OEM’s to support in data quality improvements RequirementsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSKnowledge Skills & AbilitiesVery good analytic skills and a good understanding of data base structuresProficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with complex spreadsheets is a mustGood knowledge in SAP or other ERP and CRM systemsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detailEffective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaborationVery good English skill.
