You’ll work closely with the founder to conceptualize, sketch, and refine upcoming sneaker and leather shoe designs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on design experience in the fashion and footwear industry.Responsibilities:Assist in developing new footwear concepts across categories like sneakers and leather shoesCreate sketches, mood boards, and material/color directionPrepare and update tech packs for sampling and productionConduct trend, material, and construction researchCollaborate with the founder and external partners to iterate on designs and prototypesMaintain organized design files and referencesQualifications:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (experience with tools like CLO, Rhino, or Blender is a plus)Strong sketching and visualization skills—both hand and digitalInterest or knowledge in footwear materials and construction methodsPassion for sneakers, streetwear, and lifestyle designSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotelyA portfolio showcasing your design process, sketches, and final outcomesLocation: Remote | Duration: 2 Months | Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month
