The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT staffing services. This role demands a deep understanding of the US staffing industry, including engagement models, hiring cycles, and client acquisition strategies.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing services across the US market.Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with existing and new clients, including MSPs, system integrators, and direct clients.Understand client requirements and align staffing solutions accordingly.Present company capabilities, service offerings, and value proposition to potential clients.Handle RFPs, RFQs, and prepare customized proposals.Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting to leadership.Negotiate contracts, rate structures, and service agreements.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in US IT Staffing.Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire), client ecosystems (MSPs/VMS), and visa/tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and job portals like Dice, Monster, etc.Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with implementation partners, direct clients, or Tier-1 vendors.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.RegardsNeha Khandelwalneha.k@
