As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.PMOExperience: 6-10yearsResponsibilities:• Should have experience of analyzing various reports like profitability report, MIS reports, risk analysis etc.• Own End to End management of all governance mechanisms enabling the Delivery Managers and Team to optimally achieve overall VBU goals.• Improving Margins, Operational Excellence parameters.• Forecasting, tracking and risk management in coordination with delivery leaders.• Coordinate with BE for Risks, EW and WL Lists.• Providing Operational support in various initiatives• Opportunity pipeline validation and tracking• Preparing, sharing, monitoring top line and bottom-line levers.• People Management wrt bench tracking, foreseeing account hiring, onboarding/offboarding• Competency Development & skill proficiency endorsement• Providing operational support to the Delivery Managers• Tracking, Maintaining and Analyzing data related to Accounts from all aspects (Revenue, Resourcing, GM%, Targets etc.)• Working closely with Delivery teams to ensure no revenue leakages and complete on time monthly revenue closures.• Follow ups and closure on Account related operational tasks with different stakeholders.• Creating Delivery Review Decks with analysis (Monthly, Half Yearly, Yearly).• Experience in Power BI is a mandate.Location: Bangalore.
