Role & responsibilitiesThe manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the online product catalog for the company's e-commerce platform. This role involves ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for searchability and conversion. They will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the end-to-end e-commerce process. Lead large teams to ensure smooth operation.Key Responsibilities:Stay abreast of emerging technologies and implement solutions that enhance the e-commerce platform's functionality and performance in order to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Managing operational activities with primary focus on nurturing sales channel partnerships and optimizing e-commerce platforms.Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue by leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making across digital marketing scope & its operation.Develop and execute AI and automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through process reengineering and technological advancements.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Engage with clients to identify key strategic challenge(s) and business, marketing and digital needs to be addressed.Implement best practices for user experience, conversion optimization, and customer satisfaction.Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.Lead and mentor a team of operations managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.Communicate effectively with senior leadership to report on performance, challenges, and opportunities.Shift Window: UK Shift
