Our head office is in Mumbai, Sales office in Gurgaon and Factory in Tamil Nadu.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief of Staff located in Mumbai. The Chief of Staff will support the executive team by managing strategic initiatives and overseeing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads, ensuring alignment with company goals, and facilitating communication across departments. The Chief of Staff will also serve as a liaison to stakeholders, manage special projects, and provide analyses and insights to drive decision-making processes.The ideal candidate will have good analytical & research skills, be a digital native, be open to travel to the Company's different locations as required, use project management tools in order to keep strategic projects aligned and be highly organised to drive goals to completion.
