We do this by utilizing our technology expertise to enable our clients to deliver an exceptional experience to their customers.Position PurposeWe are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 (M365) Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in M365 services, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and M365 Security & Compliance solutions.The M365 Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing architectural frameworks, providing strategic direction, and ensuring best practices for enterprise-scale M365 deployments.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design• Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to business needs.• Develop M365 governance frameworks, security models, and best practices.• Conduct readiness assessments and roadmap planning for M365 transformation.• Ensure seamless integration with hybrid cloud environments and third-party applications.Implementation & Migration• Oversee enterprise-scale migrations from on-premises (Exchange, SharePoint) or third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Lotus Notes, etc.) to M365.• Architect and deploy Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform solutions.• Design and implement Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Power Apps.Security & Compliance Management• Implement Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview Compliance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access Policies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, and other industry regulations.• Develop security frameworks for Zero Trust Architecture and Endpoint Protection.Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.• Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and Microsoft partners to deliver scalable solutions.• Lead technical workshops and executive briefings on M365 adoption and strategy.Optimization, Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement• Perform M365 environment audits to identify performance, security, and compliance gaps.• Optimize licensing, cost management, and service utilization.• Provide third-level support and escalation management for critical M365 issues.• Collaborate with Microsoft Premier Support and vendors to resolve complex issues.Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills• Enterprise-level expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, deployment, and security.• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access, and Zero Trust Security Models.• Experience with M365 migration tools (ShareGate, MigrationWiz, FastTrack, Microsoft native tools).• Deep understanding of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Endpoint Manager (Intune).• Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Power Apps.• Experience in hybrid cloud environments, AD synchronization (Azure AD Connect, ADFS), and third-party integrations.
