Role: Dotnet DeveloperExperience: 4 to 7 YearsLocation: Hyderabad onlyWork Timings: 1 PM to 10 PMMode of work: Monday to Friday (Hybrid model)Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain custom functions and edit checks using C#.NET, SQL, T-SQL, and LINQ - Deliver a range of tasks—from simple to highly complex—with minimal supervision - Work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines based on weekly capacity planning - Follow and adopt advanced coding standards to ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability - Proactively learn and apply company-specific coding practices and development frameworks - Complete all required training modules in a structured and timely manner - Collaborate with peers and offer technical guidance when necessary - Take initiative in resolving challenges and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement - Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, especially during high-stakes or ambiguous tasks - Identify potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions in tough situationsRequired Skills & Experience:- Strong proficiency in C#.NET, SQL, T-SQL, and LINQ - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts - Experience with for data access - Awareness of advanced C# features (e.g., async/await, delegates, lambda expressions, etc.) - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize well, and maintain focus under pressure - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Keen attention to detail and commitment to code quality
