Assistant Manager HR MS and Change Management will assist the strategic implementation and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and drive successful adoption through effective change management strategies. This critical role will be part of the team that is responsible for managing our HR technology landscape, ensuring it aligns with HR and business objectives, while also leading initiatives to support the people-side of change resulting from technology implementations and other organizational shifts. Responsibilities:HR IT Strategy and System Management:Assist in developing and execution of the HR IT strategy, aligning it with overall HR and business goals, considering the specific needs of our global operations.Assist in selection, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, learning management, compensation & benefits).Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of HR data, adhering to relevant geography regulations.Stay abreast of the latest HR technology trends relevant to the Indian market and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Change Management Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to HR technology implementations and other HR-led changes.Conduct change impact assessments to identify key stakeholders and potential challenges.Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms to facilitate smooth transitions.Partner with HR leadership and other stakeholders to build change capability within the organization.System Implementation and Optimization (with a Change Lens):Be an integral part of HR technology implementation projects, integrating change management activities throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training).Identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades, considering the impact on users and developing appropriate change interventions.Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials tailored to the needs of our employees globally.Data Management and Reporting:Develop and maintain HR data standards and governance policies, ensuring compliance with Indian data privacy laws.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data across all systems.Design, generate, and analyze HR reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making, relevant to the business context.Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop custom reports and data extracts as needed.User Support and Training (with a Change Focus):Provide technical support and change-related guidance to HR systems users.Develop and deliver engaging training programs and materials that address both the "how-to" and the "why" of new HR technologies and processes.Serve as a champion for new HR technologies and processes, addressing user concerns and promoting adoption.Collaboration and Vendor Management:Partner closely with IT department in Mumbai and globally to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other enterprise applications.Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution, considering local vendor options where applicable.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving HR data and systems.Compliance and Security:Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant global data privacy regulations and internal security policies.Participate in audits and implement necessary controls to maintain data integrity and security.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Human Resource/Business Administration. 3 / 4 years of progressive experience in managing and implementing HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., DB, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.).Additional Specifications: Proven experience in HR technology implementation projects and driving successful user adoption.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both HR processes and IT systems, coupled with proven experience in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement. Significant experience in developing and executing change management strategies and plans, ideally within an global context.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across various functional areas (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, HR operations) within the Indian employment landscape.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different levels.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
