We are Ziggi, a team of experienced entrepreneurs in fintech, AI agents, and NLP applications, and we are building an agent platform for the fintech and real estate industry – from the ground up. Our focus is on creating a cutting-edge agent infrastructure with support for versioned agent contexts, giving us precise control and flexibility as we scale. We're not Instead of waiting for someone others to hand us the tools or frameworks – we are inventing our own. Every layer of our platform is crafted to support intelligent, adaptable, and scalable agent-based applications.As an early tech leader, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the architecture and experience of AI agents in fintech – defining how they think, act, and scale. What You’ll DoLead architecture and development of full-stack features across AI-powered fintech applications.Design and implement complex UI workflows using Next.js and React, including UIs that integrate LLM agent chat threads with classical UI components (artifact views).Architect and maintain high-performance backend services using FastAPI and PostgreSQL, with an event sourcing architecture for maintaining agent history.Deploy, monitor, and scale infrastructure on AWS for high-load production environments.Collaborate closely with product, design, and ML teams to build intelligent, user-facing applications that are AI agent-first by design.Mentor junior developers and drive high standards through code reviews and technical leadership.Play a key role in shaping our LLM agent platform and influencing its roadmap.Your QualificationsStrong knowledge of building scalable and complex applications using React and Next.js, including effective state management techniques. Extensive experience designing and building scalable applications using FastAPI, with strong proficiency in PostgreSQL for efficient data modeling and performance tuning. Understanding of agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Promptflow) and tracing/observability tools like LangSmith, LangFuse, or similar (for context; we are developing our own platform).5 years of experience in a Full Stack positionPreferred QualificationsLLMs / SaaS Experience building applications powered by large language models (LLMs). Built a chat-based interface or intelligent agent app. Worked in a SaaS environment with multi-tenant systems. Experience designing or implementing LLM agents for production use. Experience with event sourcing architecture.Soft Skills Passion for mentoring and helping junior developers grow. Strong track record of code reviews and maintaining high code quality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in collaborative environments.Why Join Us? Influence the next generation of agent-powered applications in fintech. Work on an internal agent platform designed to scale intelligent user experiences. Join a team of builders who are passionate about AI, real estate, and tech innovation. Opportunity to own your work and shape the future of the product from day one.If you’re a hands-on builder with a vision for what intelligent apps can be – and the skills to bring them to life – let’s move together toward the singularity.
