Adobe CJA/AA Developer (Customer Journey Analytics/Adobe Analytics):Responsibilities:Implement and configure data collection strategies using Adobe Analytics/CJACreate and maintain tagging architectures (via Adobe Launch/Tags, Web SDK, Mobile SDK)Develop custom metrics, dimensions, and calculated metricsBuild and optimize dashboards and visualization workspacesConfigure segments and audiences for analysisPerform QA testing on analytics implementationsTroubleshoot data collection issuesCreate documentation for analytics solutionsAdobe AJO/CDP Developer (Adobe Journey Optimizer/Customer Data Platform)Responsibilities:Configure and manage customer profiles and identity resolutionDesign and implement real-time customer journeys and campaignsDevelop personalization rules and content variationsSet up and optimize decision management frameworksConfigure event triggers and response handlingImplement and manage segment activation across channelsDevelop data governance policies within AJO/CDPCreate and maintain API integrations with external systemsTest and optimize journey performance metricsAdobe AEP Architect (Adobe Experience Platform)Responsibilities:Design overall data architecture strategy for the organizationDefine data models, schemas, and taxonomies within AEPEstablish data governance frameworks and policiesPlan and implement data integration strategiesOversee identity resolution framework implementationArchitect end-to-end customer journey solutionsDesign real-time data activation workflowsEnsure compliance with data privacy regulationsProvide technical leadership across Adobe Experience Cloud solutionsCreate system integration architecture diagramsEvaluate and recommend technology solutions within the Adobe ecosystemAt least 2 years of experience needed for each tool.Location: India (Remote)
