Job Description

Position Summary:The Associate – Global Customer Care is responsible for supporting day-to-day order processing and customer service activities across multiple regions and product lines. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in collaboration with global teams and partners.Reports to: Manager – Global Customer CareKey Responsibilities:Receive and enter customer orders in SAP while ensuring accuracy and completeness.Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding order confirmations, status updates, and shipping timelines.Support the generation and distribution of essential documents including invoices, packing lists, and shipment certifications.Assist in resolving basic issues related to billing, shipping, or product availability.Track and report on open orders, shipments, and related customer care metrics.Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations.Qualification:0–2 years of experience in a customer care, order management, or supply chain support role.Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems preferred.Basic understanding of customer service workflows and documentation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.Physical Demands: Flexible to work in any shift (Including US shift) and 5 days working from Office (Monday to Friday)
