Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CareAR, escalating to vendors when necessary. Provide expert guidance and support to users on various CareAR functionalities. Stay up to date with the latest CareAR features, updates, and best practices. Participate in the development and implementation of new CareAR features and integrations. Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for CareAR users. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on CareAR functionalities. Maintain and update CareAR documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. Create and maintain a knowledge base of common CareAR issues and solutions. Identify areas for improvement in CareAR processes and workflows. Propose and implement solutions to enhance CareAR efficiency and effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to CareAR and similar tools.
