Join Andela today to access this opportunity and more in our global marketplace!Our roles are typically filled at lightning speed, so if you’re considering applying, get your application in quickly!This is a fully remote opportunity for one of our esteemed clients.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy a certified ServiceNow app that integrates with Client's Works Hub platformImplement bidirectional communication between ServiceNow and Works HubEnsure support for attachments and templated service request creationCollaborate closely with client's engineering and product teams to finalize scope and delivery planWork with stakeholders to gather requirements and document implementationEnsure app meets all ServiceNow certification requirementsSupport testing and debugging prior to certification and deploymentRequired Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer4–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceExperience building and submitting certified apps to the ServiceNow StoreProficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and IntegrationHubFamiliarity with ServiceNow UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Data PoliciesStrong understanding of ITSM and CMDB modulesExperience with attachments and custom form workflowsComfortable working with distributed teams and managing requirements independentlyExcellent communication and documentation skillsWorking Hours Must have at least 6 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (ET)Preferred Previous experience with utility or facilities management platformsExperience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd-party SaaS toolsKnowledge of Works Hub or similar asset/service request platformsAt Andela, we outcompete through diversity.
