We have an AI platform for providing a variety of talent solutions such as talent search for short term, full time or turnkey assignments, HCM Tools to facilitate People Strategy Development, Talent insights etc. Our clients across APAC regions include most of the global consulting firms, several corporates, PE/VC firms, funded start-ups leverage our capability to solve for their workforce and advisory solutions.Job Summary: The Vice President Business Development will be responsible for driving the growth of search, recruitment, and staffing business in India. This executive role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses and enhancing market presence. The role holder will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.Lead and manage the business development team to drive growth in the recruitment and staffing sector.Identify new market opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive in the industry.Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence and drive lead generation.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.Report on growth metrics and provide insights to the executive team.Key Deliverables:Achieve targeted revenue growth and market expansion.Successful implementation of growth strategies and initiatives.Increased market share in the staffing and recruiting industry.Enhanced brand recognition and client satisfaction.Required Qualifications:Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Additional certifications in leadership or strategic management.Experience:15-25 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a must.Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.Experience in a leadership role with a focus on business development.Skills:Strong strategic planning and business development skills.Superior communication and negotiation skills.Ability to analyse market trends and data to inform decisions.
