In this dynamic position, you'll design and execute comprehensive test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. Let's build high-quality Salesforce solutions together.Job DutiesDevelop test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud and related appsCollaborate with teams to define test criteriaCreate test cases for functional, regression, and UATExecute tests manually and/or automaticallyIdentify, document, and track defectsDevelop and maintain manual/automated Salesforce testsIdentify opportunities to improve QA via automationCommunicate defects to developers and verify fixesRetest issues and perform regression testingCollaborate to ensure test coverage aligns with goalsProvide testing status reports to stakeholdersSet up and manage test environmentsValidate Salesforce data integrity and consistencySupport users during UATEnsure UAT issues are resolvedAdhere to company policies and industry standardsPromote QA best practicesMaintain test documentationGenerate and present QA reportsConduct performance and load testingOptimize applications with developersProvide QA guidance to team and stakeholdersStay current with Salesforce releasesKeep up-to-date with latest Salesforce features and practicesParticipate in training and certificationRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of Salesforce testing experienceRelevant certifications in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, or QA methodologies are highly desirable.Two or more years of Copado or other Salesforce test automation experienceRequired Skills and Attributes Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skillsFirsthand experience in large, global implementations using Salesforce Sales & Service CloudExperience working in an IT Agile team.Demonstrates professional integrity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Builds effective relationships with colleagues and clients.Highly motivated and proactive in self-education and career progression.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and organization skills.Understands IT goals and impact on the company.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with leadership skills.Committed to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high-quality standards and customer service focusWhat working at ACA offers:We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
