You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large key accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for technology and building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic account plans: Identify key challenges and opportunities with key accounts and develop customized solutions leveraging our Digital Enterprise Platform.Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers at all levels across vertical and horizontal hierarchies within an organization, including senior management, functional heads, engineering teams, and manufacturing teams in assigned accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for growth.Comprehend clients’ business objectives, Technical/ Business goals or challenges, and market trends to provide strategic counsel and propose solutions that align with their goals.Ability to understand technologies.Integrating strong technological expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs to propose technical solutions that meet customer expectations effectively.Engage with both customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders.Create a multiyear strategic plan outlining goals, milestones, and initiatives over an extended period to achieve mutual objectives and address challenges effectively.Capable of leading and facilitating high-value transactions through strategic engagement across various levels of the organization.Capability to grasp customer insights and provide feedback to foster the development of technologies and solutions within the organization.Drive Revenue Growth: Forecast sales, manage pipelines, and negotiate and close deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.Solution Selling Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Digital Enterprise Platform and its value proposition, effectively communicating its benefits to address client needs.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Support, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.Contract Management: Develop and manage contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices by actively participating in training programs and certifications.Background and SkillsBackground:10+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Automotive or Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing industries.5+ years of experience selling complex solutions to large or international companies, ideally related to Enterprise Digital Platforms.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies.Skills:Professional Skills: Account Strategy Development, Sales Strategy Execution, Sales Presentations, Value Selling, Business Acumen, Project Management, Storytelling.Soft Skills: Results-oriented, Team Player, Adaptable, Presentation Skills, Inspirational Leadership, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, Public Speaking, Client Engagement.
