Strategic Development & Market InsightUnderstand our product MicroDrive’s AI-driven platform and its application in the influencer marketing space.Develop a go-to-market (GTM) playbook tailored to brand and agency buyers in the U.S. and European markets, especially small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).2. Product Positioning & MessagingCraft compelling, differentiated messaging based on a deep understanding of buyer pain points, market trends, and competitor positioning.Identify and prioritize high-potential segments (e.g., DTC brands, retail, food & beverage) and develop marketing plans to support them.3. Product & Feature LaunchesOwn end-to-end planning and execution of product/feature launches across internal and external stakeholders.4. 360° Marketing ExecutionDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns—digital, email, content, influencer partnerships, events, SEO/SEM, and paid media—that drive awareness and adoption.5. Influencer & Analyst RelationsEngage key industry analysts, marketing thought leaders, and influencers to build MicroDrive’s brand authority.6. Content DevelopmentCreate and manage persona-driven content: case studies, pitch decks, ROI stories, onboarding guides, email nurture flows, and thought leadership content.7. Competitive & Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activity and industry developments to refine messaging, pricing, and product-market fit.8. Sales EnablementEquip the sales team with tools, content, and training to support customer acquisition and retention. Includes objection handling, competitive positioning, and use case narratives.Requirements5+ years of experience working with U.S.-based clients in a product marketing or demand generation role (preferably in the MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS industry).Must be able to work full-time in U.S. time zones (CST).Proven success developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement content, and customer-facing campaigns.Exceptional writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.Analytical mindset with a bias for data-driven decision-making.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
