Job Title: Functional Engineer AIJob Purpose- We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data science and engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML model implementation and a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, model building, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.Key Activities- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate Gen AI/ML solutions into existing systems and processes.- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for model training and evaluation.- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.- Document model development processes and create comprehensive reports on model performance and outcomes.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data science and engineering, with a focus on Gen AI/ML model implementation.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI/ML models.- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus.
