If you have a gene to not get frizzled during key decisions of the organization and can take flawless decisions, this team is looking for you.About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven People Operations Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on employer branding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will help build and promote a positive employer brand, enhance employee satisfaction, and manage essential HR functions to ensure a smooth, effective work environment for all employees.What You will do -1. Employee Engagement:Design and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture.Develop and execute engagement surveys, and feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.Collaborate with HRBPs and teams to develop action plans based on employee feedback.Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing concerns or challenges that may impact their experience and overall satisfaction.2. Employer Branding:Support and drive employer branding initiatives that promote the company as an employer of choice.Enhance the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social media channels to attract top talent.3. Project Management:Manage HR-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall HR team KRAs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR initiatives (such as new policies, systems, or processes) and track progress.Prepare regular reports and presentations to track project status, milestones, and outcomes.4. Other HR Operations Support:Support day-to-day HR operations including HR reporting to various internal stakeholders, and data management.Assist in administering employee benefits, policies, and processes.What you will needBachelors or Masters degree with specialization in HR field1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employer branding, employee engagement, and HR operations.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlinesLife at slice:Life so good, you’d think we’re kidding:• Competitive salaries.
