Role 1:Analytics Platform PMRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in Martech, AdTech, or analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analytics, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Proven success building or managing performance-focused media or marketing platforms. Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with retail media networks, shopper marketing, or CPG advertising is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working with DSPs, social media platforms, or ad servers. Experience working with or managing physical and digital media in retail environments is strongly preferred. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving product success from concept to launch. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Role 5:Product Management Director for Onsite Advertising We're Excited If You Have 8-10 years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on onsite retail advertising technology, ad monetization, and onsite ad platforms. Deep understanding of retailer on site media, programmatic advertising, ad serving, and audience targeting strategies. Experience in developing and managing onsite retail media advertising roadmaps, balancing technical feasibility with business impact. Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data and insights to optimize ad performance. Proficiency in advertising analytics tools and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, or equivalent. Familiarity with data automation, attribution modeling, and revenue tracking. Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Data Science to deliver impactful ad solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and drive execution. Strong understanding of omnichannel shopper behavior, media strategy, and path-to-purchase dynamics. Experience with personalization, segmentation, and/or audience-building platforms. Passion for building connected experiences that blend media, offers, and consumer behavior insights. Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics teams. Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in framing shopper journeys for internal stakeholders and clients. Preferred Skills: Core product management skills including agile/scrum methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and product lifecycle management. Experience working with or for grocery retailers, CPG brands, or loyalty platforms. Familiarity with tools such as CDPs, DMPs, media orchestration platforms, and incentive management platforms.
