Job Description:We are hiring an *Business Development Executive* to drive business growth through *doctor referrals* for our IVF services. The ideal candidate should have *strong doctor connections* and prior experience in the IVF segment. This role involves patient referral, strategizing doctor engagement, and ensuring business targets are met.*Key Responsibilities:*✅ *Develop and expand the doctor referral network* for IVF services.✅ Meet and build strong relationships with *gynecologists, fertility specialists, and general physicians*.✅ Plan and execute *doctor engagement activities, CMEs, and promotional events*.✅ Drive *IVF patient lead generation* through doctor referrals.✅ Collaborate with the marketing team for *doctor outreach strategies*.✅ Monitor competitor activities and provide *market insights* to management.✅ Ensure consistent *follow-ups and long-term engagement* with referring doctors.*Key Requirements:*✔️ *3-5 years of experience in the IVF industry✔️ Strong *doctor network and relationship-buildingskills.✔️ Excellent *communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.✔️ Willingness to *travel* within the assigned area.✔️ Goal-oriented and *sales-driven mindset.*Salary:* Best in industry + Performance-Based Incentives
