Job Title: Oracle EAM Techno-FunctionalLocation: Remote (India)Job Type: Fulltime Experience: 4+ YearsShift: Australian Time Zone SupportJob Summary:We are seeking a Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting Oracle EBS R12 EAM modules from both functional and technical perspectives. You’ll assist in configurations, minor customizations, issue resolution, and support business users across EAM-related operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the configuration and support of Oracle EAM modules: work orders, asset lifecycle, PM schedules.Perform minor PL/SQL development, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher modifications.Support data uploads via Web ADI and Oracle APIs.Help troubleshoot user issues and system discrepancies.Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams.Prepare functional documentation and assist with end-user training.Requirements:4-8 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience (preferably in EAM).Basic to intermediate knowledge of PL/SQL, Reports, and Oracle Workflow.Strong understanding of EAM processes such as preventive maintenance and asset tracking.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in early morning shifts (Australian time zone).Nice to Have:Exposure to Inventory module.Oracle Cloud EAM knowledge.Experience with Australian clients.
