Key ResponsibilitiesDrive employer acquisition and job placement targetsPromote QAI-certified talent via NSDC-SIDHSecure MoUs and hiring commitments from recruitersMonitor and respond to workforce trends across India and key global regions (GCC, Germany, UK, etc.)Onboard employers and maintain active job ordersBuild and manage employer relationships (CHROs, staffing agencies, HR heads)Align employer feedback with training needsRepresent QAI at industry events, fairs, and strategic meetingsMaintain CRM records and report progress weekly3. Key RequirementsExperience: 2–5 years in Business Development, B2B partnerships, recruitment sales, or employer engagement (SkillTech/EdTech preferred)Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)Skills:Excellent communication & networkingEnglish proficiency (B2 level)MS Office, CRM & Generative AI toolsPlanning, multitasking, problem-solvingUnderstanding of national & international job marketsFamiliarity with NSDC & sector skill standards (preferred)4.
