Daily, they will work closely with the business in documenting/recording process details, and with the engagement team in implementing/testing the solutions. They will be responsible for coordinating with process owners and the business to understand the as-is process to design and build the architecture of new automation solutions. They will be responsible for creating the process documentation as well as maintenance/change control of existing artifacts. They will deliver automation solutions by developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing custom technology solutions, and supporting the system implementation.
