This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and oversee the technical implementation. The technical Architect will ensure the Salesforce ecosystem aligns with business objectives while maintaining best practices and governance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in Life Sciences domain is mustExperience: 15+ years of total experience and 10 + years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation.Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) and Healthcloud certifications are preferred.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Domain Skills: 6-8 years of experience in Life Sciences domainDevelopment Skills: Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce integration tools (APIs, middleware).Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose creative solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
