The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while supporting internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Training & DevelopmentFacilitate onboarding and upskilling sessions for internal teamsCreate, maintain, and revise training materials and reportsCollaborate with team members to identify and address learning gapsStrategic Operations SupportWork alongside project managers and department leads to execute cross-functional initiativesPrepare and submit End-of-Day (EOD) updates, meeting notes, and task summariesAssist in coordinating strategic meetings and follow-ups on action itemsQualifications:Experience in training coordination, operations, or administrative supportStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal (with neutral accent) and written communicationProficiency in Google WorkspaceComfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Background in trainingUnderstanding of internal compliance and documentation standardsPrevious experience working with cross-departmental teams
